I’m Worthy originated from a positive affirmation I’d incorporated within my daily regime to combat any negative thoughts that attempted to infiltrate my mind. Since receiving my mental health diagnoses at the young age of 16, I became an active advocate by bringing awareness to those who lacked proper knowledge regarding the topic, for it wasn’t discussed within my hometown of Laurinburg, NC. I’d developed a passion to heal myself as well as my community which resulted in the creation of, I’m Worthy, LLC.
